Do you take projects outside Batam?
Yes. We're based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, and take projects across Indonesia. Past work includes power plant and industrial projects in Central Java, Banten and West Java.
Do you offer a site survey before quoting?
Yes, free of charge. We inspect the area and its conditions, recommend the right system, then send you a quotation.
What should I send to get a quotation?
Photos of the area, its approximate size in m², the location, what the problem or intended use is (for example a leaking roof, a food-grade floor or a chemical room) and your target schedule.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the area, the system and site conditions. We state the schedule in the quotation and commit to it: timeliness is one of our three core commitments.
Which brands and products do you use?
Certified systems from BASF Master Builders Solutions, Mapei, Fosroc, Hilti, Sika and Vexcolt, chosen to suit each site's conditions.
